Things you will need for our trip.

Welcome to the thread where I'll give you a list of all you should need for AX. ^^;

1. AX Badge.
2. Costumes.
3. Street Clothing.
4. Electronic items.
5. Medications.
6. Make Up/Styling supplies.

Now I'll go into detail bout these ones.

Whether you buy it at the door or pre-register, you NEED to somehow get your AX badge. This is the most vital part of the AX trip. Without it we can't go up stairs, or to any of the events, so please, please, please make sure you have this!

Costumes, if you decide to make them are also a vital part of the event. They are not needed, you can just be a normal person in the group you know!

It is up to you to make sure we do not forget any of your costume, it is not my responsibility to remember your cat ears, or your hair ribbon. If you forget a piece of the costume, tough luck. Make a list, and then make sure the entire thing gets to our meeting place. Sound fair?

Alright, we are NOT just going to be doing things at AX. We're going out to dinner, going shopping in China Town, and things like that. We need street clothing or else we'll get pulled over by the police and questioned and it gets awkward when a shop keeper asks you to remove the giant plushie head to make sure you didn't shop lift something!

Electronic Items are a possibility for us to have. There will be chargers for Cell phones, but parents keep in mind that we will have more kids then we have plugs. Therefor we will have at least three numbers you can call OTHER then your kids own Cell phone, mine included.

Computers, you can bring them if you want, but I will not be responsible for them, that's the fault of your kid if they get busted.

Cameras, highly recommended to bring, along with video cameras, not just the picture cameras. If we have at least one or two computers where we can save everything on, or some flash drives to put the days activities on, that would be awesome.

I am not responsible for making sure your child packs their medications. If you tell me to make sure so and so gets their meds, I will try my hardest to make sure they take them, but I have a lot of things to do, and it's mostly up to the kid to make sure that it gets done.

Oh wow, the Make Up bag for AX is usually about 15LB's. I'm not kidding. We have various needs, but if you're going to cosplay as L, Bring your own Eyeliner! Everyone that needs help making their costumes should be interested to know that we will have group meetings for various needs to be met.
