Estimated Total Costs. About time hun parents?

Alright everyone! The date has been set! It’s July 2-5, 2009 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Alright, the pricing information that we’ll be planning for is based off of the Anime Expo home Page which is located by link- Here:

We all want the 4-Day Attendee Badges, which if we register by Jan 1st, to March 17th will be $50. That's 15 bucks less then what it could be if we buy it the same day as when we get there.

So, the total so far is $50.00

Food, is very important for us so yes, please bring either money to go to subway or another spot to eat, or enough to where we can buy food before we leave. This is the wonder that is an ice chest, which we can take more then one of into our hotel building. There will be 8 meals that we will eat from the ice chests or various other foods we bring, since 4 of our meals will be paid for by our Hotel. Ok, so they're not really 'paying' for it, but providing it none the less. What I would suggest bringing for this bit of the payment isn't as harsh as it could be, remember, some kids eat more then others.
40.00 for food.

That brings the total up to $90.00

The Hotel right now is the most expensive thing on our hit list. I still can not tell you EXACTLY how much the Hotel will be right now, because I'm not sure if more people are still going to join us or not.
